Our mission is to provide clear, honest, and practical reviews that help individuals and teams find software that genuinely fits their workflow — not just the tool with the biggest advertising budget.
How We Work
Every tool we review is tested with real workflows. We create actual projects, invite team members, and use each app as our primary workspace for at least five working days before forming an opinion. We pay for our own subscriptions and do not accept sponsored placements in our reviews.
Our editorial team has collective experience spanning project management, software development, freelance consulting, and remote team leadership. This diverse background ensures our reviews address real use cases across different work styles and team sizes.
Editorial Independence
FlowDesk Tools generates revenue through display advertising (Google AdSense). We may also participate in affiliate programs in the future, which will always be clearly disclosed. Our reviews and rankings are never influenced by advertising relationships. If a tool is mediocre, we say so — regardless of whether the company advertises with us.
